Since 1961, Cantiere Navale Lorenzoni has collaborated with VM Motori for the service and sale of marine and industrial engines and spare parts. In 2016, LVM was founded, producing VM-based inboard diesel engines ranging from 115 to 350 hp, with rotation speeds between 3,800 and 4,000 rpm and one of the best power-to-weight ratios.

Another brand of the group is Yachts Supply, which produces bronze and aluminum propellers, shaft lines (up to 13 meters), steel or cast iron arms, and rudders of all sizes and materials, all custom and of the highest quality. The third generation continues the family business, and the offshore shipyard offers a complete service for hauling, launching, storage, and repairs on all types of vessels, both commercial and pleasure, up to 35 meters.
