The parts, made of continuous cast steel, ingot/linear rolled bar, are from forged/forged-rolled, quench/tempered rings done within GALPERTI GROUP

We design/calculate/build certify 3.1 material, 3.2 by third parties (ABS, BV, LR, DNV, etc.). We handle Design Approvals and Product Certificates

Defense: azimuth and elevation bearings for cannon – ships and ground vehicles turrets, mobile and stationary radars and rocket launchers

Marine/offshore: bearings for offshore cable laying carousels, mooring systems and subsea winches; swivel joints for hose reels; harbor cranes, ship cranes, offshore cranes, gangways and azimuth thrusters
